Deaf Chef saw 3 different recipes, and came up with a way to put a few ingredients from each recipe into this egg casserole made of spinach, macaroni, egg mixture, and diced, grilled sausage. No heavy cheese used like Velveeta's! Only cream cheese and heavy cream were used in this. People are loving this casserole!
