"Why would I want to pay higher prices here than most other catering services, restaurants, and places of dining establishments?" The Deaf Chef has experienced lots of employments in restaurants and grocery stores to know their ways and methods of selling food. Restaurants and stores have "sales" or "deals" to get rid of excessive amount of food about to go sour, bad, near dates of expiration, and etc. The Deaf Chef does not do deals for such reasons like that. The Deaf Chef buys fresh food from Brookshire's Fresh Produce store in southwest Tyler and any Brookshire's stores that has expiration dates posted 1-2 weeks or more from the date of purchase of food bought for catering to clients. Hence the higher prices is worth paying for to enjoy hot/cold, FRESH, & healthy food to the customers.

Fresh salads bought only from Brookshire's, the trusted local grocery store! Individual salad $5.00, 7 inch round main dish salad $10.00, 9x9 salad $15.00, 9x13 $20.00, 9x13x4 (4 inch deep) Deep Pan $30.00 Grilled chicken optional for additional $2.50 individual, $5.00 for 9x9 size and up.
Mixed Salad
Fresh romaine lettuces, sliced cucumbers, finely shredded cheese, diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes (halved optional), sliced black olives. Additionals such as boiled eggs, chopped spinach, onions, etc. is optional for additional fees, open for discussion with the Deaf Chef. 9x13 size is ideal for up to 8 people. Homemade Ranch dressing optional for $1.50-$5.00 depends on size of order. Minimum order of individual bowls per order: 3.

Deviled Egg Salad
Deviled Egg Salad made with diced celery, chopped green onion, chopped green bell pepper, pimentos, and topped with paprika/salad supreme seasoning. Spicy with Tabasco optional for additional $1.50-$3.00 (depending on size) per order. Grilled chicken strips topping salad of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes halved, shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend. Real bacon bits optional for additional $2.00-$10.00 per order. Individual orders 7 inch $15.00, 9x13 casserole pan $35.00, Deep pan 9x13x4 (4 inches deep) $50.00. Hot, fresh chicken strips will be in individual bags to preserve salad freshness upon delivery of orders. Homemade Ranch dressing optional for $2.00-$5.00 per order.
